Every Otter Lodge wedding includes exclusive use of the estate for your wedding celebration, with the freedom to shape the weekend around your own vision. Start with our flexible Wildflowers experience, or add the furnishings, setup and support included with Willows or Wisteria.

All Otter Lodge furnishings and equipment include professional setup and teardown by our team, so you and your guests are not responsible for moving, positioning or putting away equipment.

Wildflowers reservations have a $400 combined Otter Lodge amenity/equipment minimum.

Before reserving your date, here are a few important details about lodging, pricing, equipment and event requirements.

Overnight lodging is booked separately.
Lodging is not included in wedding venue, package or amenity pricing.

Wildflowers has a $400 amenity/equipment minimum.
This minimum applies to combined Otter Lodge equipment and amenity rentals.

Wedding pricing is based on total guest count.
Package tiers are determined by the number of wedding guests, not the number staying overnight.

Specific items and services are confirmed with your event agreement.
Availability and final selections are coordinated as part of the planning process.

Professional setup and teardown are included.
Otter Lodge furnishings and equipment are positioned and recovered by our team.

Wedding Weekend Requirements

To ensure every celebration is relaxed, enjoyable, and well-prepared and protected, we require:​

Two-night minimum lodging reservation

Proof of insurance from all vendors

Event liability insurance

Signed venue agreement
