Who We Are
Our story
The Schafer family bought and renovated this property in 2024 and opened as an AirBnB with the mission to provide a beautiful space for large, multigenerational families to vacation together. Since then, we've been blessed to host several weddings, and feel a tremendous sense of pride and satisfaction knowing that we are a small part of such a significant milestone in our guests lives!
We recognize that weddings can be expensive, so we offer a venue that can serve as an idyllic location for the ceremony and provide overnight accommodations for the wedding party. You can also host the rehearsal dinner, reception and brunch the following day for no additional fee. The Otter Lodge is permitted to host up to 30 people overnight, and there are plenty of additional options nearby for out of town guests.
